About
Solomiya (she/her) is a contemporary art collective offering a platform for experimental publishing, curating, and research. Founded in Kyiv in response to Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, she focuses on underrepresented discourses and subjective ideas, and connects cities and cultures across the globe. At the heart of the collective’s practice is the publication of the English-language printed magazine Solomiya. The collective also curates public programs and exhibitions, and produces works both by its members and in collaboration with artists, writers, collectives, and designers.

Reach out to us
If you are interested to contribute to Solomiya as an artist, collaborate as an institution or stock the magazine in your shop, don’t hesitate to drop us a line.

Partnerships
Our magazines would not have been possible without the support of the  Akademie der Künste, Klaus Stemmler Foundation, IWM, Ukrainian Institute, Werkleitz Festival, IGEPA and Fedrigoni Paper. For the years 2024-2025, Solomiya Magazine is proud to be supported by WeTransfer’s Supporting Act Foundation. Help us with our mission, benefit from our network and feel free to contact us about possible partnerships.
